Who is TeamCove for?
Independent sports academies, clubs, and training programs, from a single coach running clinics to a director with multiple teams. It started with soccer, and it works for any sport.
How long does setup take?
Most academies are up and running in under 15 minutes: name your academy, add a program, schedule sessions, and add your athletes.
What can the AI actually do?
Tell it what you need in plain English. It can schedule recurring sessions, set up programs, build team rosters, add and register athletes, move leads along, create invoices, and email families. It always shows you the plan first, and nothing happens until you tap Approve.
Can my coaches use it?
Yes. Invite coaches from Settings. They can see their teams and schedule from their phone, without seeing your finances or recruiting pipeline.
Does it handle payments?
TeamCove creates invoices and tracks who has paid, including Venmo, cash, check, and Zelle. Online card payments are coming next.
